# GetRecited privacy notice

## Data you provide

GetRecited processes account details, workspace membership and the brands, prompts, facts and content you choose to submit. The early-access form stores your name, work email and any optional company, website or note you provide. It normalizes email to prevent duplicate signups and uses quotas to limit abuse. Do not include credentials, sensitive personal information or confidential customer records in public forms.

## How the product uses data

Workspace data supports the measurements and content workflows you request. Configured collection and generation providers receive the inputs needed for those operations. Public documentation and discovery catalogs describe the product; they do not publish private workspace data. Administrators choose API-key scopes, and an integration should access only the workspace data its user has authorized. The site uses session cookies for authentication.

## Public information and third parties

Information on the public index may be read by search engines and AI retrieval agents. Publishing an approved public brand surface is separate from storing information in a private workspace. External profile links and AI providers operate under their own policies. Never treat a crawl or citation as proof that a third party retains or deletes data in a particular way.

## Access, removal and questions

Use the account and workspace controls available to you to manage access, revoke integration keys and review stored information. For early-access corrections or removal requests, use [the contact page](https://getrecited.com/contact) and identify the email address used to sign up; do not send an API key. This notice describes the current data flows and does not promise an unverified retention period, certification or regional hosting guarantee. Contact the team for the applicable service terms before supplying regulated or sensitive data.
